Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to join inDrive Delivery Hub in the Supply Marketplace Efficiency domain. Youll build and optimize order assignment matching tools within our unique peer to peer bidding model improving speed, liquidity, and conversion while preserving transparency and fairness.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and iteration of assignment and matching tools for couriers (from research to rollout and iteration)
• Own and improve core marketplace KPIs: Done Rate, RpH/MpH, utilization
• Design and run experiments to drive marketplace efficiency, without harming user trust Collaborate primarily with:
• Analytics (deep dives and research, causal inference, dashboards, experimentation design),
• Marketplace Efficiency team (policy, incentives, ranking/priority logic),
• Supply team (courier experience, incentives, segmentation), and partner with Geo and Ride Hailing teams, when needed, to land algorithmic and operational improvements at scale
• Monitor marketplace health; proactively surface risks, and propose corrective actions across cities and segments.
  
  

• Work on a rare, large-scale bidding marketplace (not a standard auto-dispatch), with real optimization challenges
• Have direct, visible impact on courier earnings, delivery times, and marketplace performance across diverse regions
• Join a high-impact Delivery Hub with a strong analytics and product culture
  
  

• Data-driven and hypothesis-led: you break goals into metrics, metrics into hypotheses, and validate through well-designed experiments
• Strong structural thinking: you turn ambiguity into clear problem statements, create crisp frameworks to validate the problem, and build scalable decision trees/roadmaps that tie directly to business outcomes
• Marketplace intuition: you understand supply-demand dynamics, incentives, utilization, and behavioral trade-offs in two-sided platforms
• Execution focus: you balance speed and quality, prefer simple, scalable solutions over one-off fixes, and close the loop from insight → change → measured impact
• Clear communicator and driver of alignment: you can align Analytics, Supply, and Marketplace Efficiency stakeholders, and keep momentum under uncertainty.
