Artificial Intelligence and Digital Research Centre

As part of TII’s Artificial Intelligence Research Center, the Extreme-Scale Language Model team is developing and implementing innovative deep learning technologies with a broad range of applications, from Natural Language Processing to Perception and Vision. Our team has developed the Falcon models and is now planning to continue our journey into cutting-edge applied research in the topic of large language models.

Role and responsibilities

• Identify, collect, and analyze customers’ needs to translate them into detailed requirements (Product Requirements Document).
• Propose, develop & maintain Product Roadmap and product strategy.
• Build a productization strategy for LLMs.
• Produce a productization plan, identify and define/describe features and key elements.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Work closely with R&D and engineering teams to translate the requirements into technical specification (Product Specification Document) to deliver the product with quick time-to-market.
• Identify Internal / External stakeholders and the duty assignment. Make prioritization.
• Analyze and review and maintain the product requirements document and the product requirements specification and develop appropriate test plan and quality program to ensure they’re met.
• Work closely with R&D to build the Proof Of Concept
• Drive the product- and business-planning processes with R&D director and Lead PMO.
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications.

• Very strong experience of proven success in product management, with a track record of launching and managing innovative solutions.
• Leading the full product life cycle by directing productizing and prioritizing features
• In-depth understanding of Artificial Intelligence
• Performing market/customer analysis
• Understanding the customers’ needs to build the problem statement analysis and feature requirements.
• Demonstrating your ability to excel in this role and deliver success.
• Strong analytical skills to transform customer needs into clear product requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve integration goals.
• Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies.
  
  

Preferred Skills And Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in product design, engineering or equivalent
• Previous experience in software and Tech development and Product management
