Role Overview

This is not a “feature factory” product role. You’ll own the product from a revenue and conversion perspective, ensuring every decision ties back to business impact.

What You’ll Do

• Design the full abandoned cart recovery and phone sales flow
• Define and track conversion-focused KPIs and metrics
• Prioritize features based on revenue and operational impact
• Translate AI insights into product improvements
• Work closely with Engineering, AI, and Operations teams
• Validate ideas through data, not opinions
