The Chemistry & Immunoassay Product Manager, MEA will play a highly visible regional role, leading portfolio support and growth across the full product lifecycle. This includes go-to-market execution, new product introductions, customer and commercial engagement, market opportunity assessment, competitive intelligence, tender support, scientific positioning, and cross-functional collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded and scientifically strong diagnostics professional who can translate market insight into action, elevate brand presence, support strategic growth, and act as a trusted regional expert for Beckman Coulter’s Chemistry and Immunoassay business. The position partners closely with marketing, sales, technical teams, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and leadership teams to deliver business impact and strengthen Beckman Coulter’s laboratory presence across MEA.

Key Highlights Of The Role

• Lead regional support for the Chemistry & Immunoassay portfolio across MEA
• Drive product lifecycle management, launch readiness, growth initiatives, and portfolio optimization
• Support tenders, strategic business opportunities, customer demos, and commercial pursuits
• Build brand awareness through scientific positioning, promotional tools, conferences, and KOL engagement
• Deliver VOC, win/loss, market assessment, and competitive insights to guide strategy
• Act as a regional knowledge leader across product performance, positioning, and best practice sharing
  
  

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, clinical diagnostics, or life sciences
• Around 7+ years of product management experience within clinical diagnostics, specifically Chemistry and Immunoassay
• Strong business acumen, presentation capability, analytical thinking, and project leadership
• Deep understanding of IVD markets, customer needs, and commercial enablement
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Fluent English required; French is a plus
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region
