About the Role
The
Product Manager, KYC Data Enrichment in the
Risk Technologies stream combines classic product management skills with a platform-first mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of UX/UI for customer-facing products.
In this role, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of Tabby’s KYC data-enrichment platform, integrating data from Open Banking providers, geolocation sources, and user-provided inputs. Your work will enable high-quality, comprehensive customer profiles that support security, risk scoring, and anti-fraud processes, while embedding scalable platform capabilities across the entire Tabby ecosystem.
What you will be doing
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the non-ID components of KYC (Open Banking data, geolocation, contact sharing, address collection, income and affordability data, and more).
- Define and evolve the platform vision and roadmap, transforming fragmented KYC and data-enrichment solutions into scalable, reusable components used across multiple Tabby products.
- Lead complex cross-functional project activities, coordinating across Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Data, and Product teams to launch platform features that serve millions of customers.
- Ensure transparent, data-driven prioritization, balancing business needs, technical constraints, regulatory changes, and partner team dependencies.
- Design user-friendly and compliant experiences, leveraging strong UX/UI evaluation skills to embed KYC and enrichment flows seamlessly into web and mobile journeys.
- Navigate multi-country contexts, understanding regulatory nuances and market-specific requirements to deliver compliant yet friction-minimal solutions.
- Drive platform innovation, identifying new data sources, enrichment techniques, and automation opportunities that strengthen risk and anti-fraud capabilities.
What you will need
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management of customer-facing products
- Core expertise:
- Deep understanding of the current market state and best practices for KYC and UI/UX in web/mobile
- Strong experience in project management, delivering complex cross-team projects
- Nice to have: prior experience as a Data Analyst, System analyst or Project manager, combined with experience in Product Management
- Product & Project Management Skills
- Problem identification, solution design, prioritization, and planning
- Defining product vision and strategy, setting and tracking OKRs
- Building metrics trees and defining key product metrics
- Technical & Delivery Skills
- Solid project management skills
- Experience in data analysis, quantitative metrics, SQL, A/B testing
- Business and system analysis skills with a broad technical perspective
- Experience evaluating the UI/UX quality
- Communication:
- Strong verbal and written English skills (at least B2)
- Strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate vision, decisions, and trade-offs in C-level forums
