About The Team

Careem Plus launched in 2021 with the ambition to become the leading membership program in the region. Since the initial rollout in Dubai, we’ve expanded to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Sharjah ,entered new markets across KSA, Jordan, and Kuwait, and forged major partnerships with top banks (HSBC, ENBD, Arab Bank) and telecom companies (e&). Our vision is to deliver the most value-driven membership in the region, powered by the breadth of services offered through the Careem Everything App.

About The Role

As Product Manager for Careem Plus, you’ll act as a co-founder of the business, driving the product strategy and leading a passionate squad to solve customer problems and deliver meaningful value. This is a high-impact role that blends business acumen with technical expertise, requiring you to craft and execute a bold vision while navigating complex dependencies across the Everything App.

Beyond B2C, you’ll also shape and scale key partnerships with banks, telecoms, and other tech or membership programs to grow the business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end product initiatives, from ideation to launch and impact measurement.
• Own and deliver complex features with dependencies across the Super App, ensuring timely delivery and measurable customer value.
• Support the Head of Product in defining and executing the product roadmap and long-term strategy.
• Use market research, industry trends, and deep customer understanding to shape Careem Plus’ growth.
• Be data-driven in testing hypotheses and uncovering opportunities within the Careem ecosystem.
• Build strong relationships across teams to ensure alignment and deliver a seamless, end-to-end member experience.
• Foster a culture of open communication, feedback, and product excellence within the squad.
  
  

• Experience: 3–5 years in product management, ideally in customer-facing applications.
• AI & Automation: Proven ability to leverage AI to optimize product lifecycle automation and enhance product features.
• Data Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with hands-on SQL expertise to extract insights, validate hypotheses, and analyze experiment results.
• Product Mindset: Passion for building great products and solving complex, high-impact problems.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Skilled at rallying cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals, and influencing external partners whose priorities may not directly align.
• Customer Empathy: Ability to deeply understand and design for diverse customer needs and circumstances.
• Communication: Strong facilitation skills with the ability to foster constructive dialogue within teams and effectively engage with senior leadership.
