What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a Product Manager – Enterprise to join our team and help shape the future of our Enterprise customer offering. This role is responsible for assessing, developing, and establishing new products and services that strengthen Genesis’ position as our customers’ first choice for energy management. Combining new service development with product management, you’ll work closely with Enterprise and Energy Portfolio teams to deliver differentiated products that create value for customers and drive strong business performance.

You’ll play a key role in building and evolving a product portfolio roadmap, managing products across the lifecycle from ideation through to launch and ongoing enhancement. You’ll use customer, competitor, and market insights to identify opportunities, improve propositions, and support growth across acquisition, retention, and long-term customer value

Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Develop and implement product strategies in partnership with Enterprise and Energy Portfolio teams
• Build and manage a product portfolio roadmap aligned to customer lifecycle and business strategy
• Lead product development activity in an agile environment to bring services into the Enterprise market
• Manage products through each stage of the lifecycle, from ideation and development through to launch and service
• Conduct customer, market, and competitor analysis to identify innovative opportunities and strengthen our proposition
• Develop business cases and influence leaders through strong commercial thinking, feasibility analysis, and customer insight
• Champion the customer by ensuring product and experience design reflect customer needs
• Lead continuous improvement through testing, feedback loops, post-implementation analysis, and product enhancement
  
  

What You’ll Bring

You’ll be commercially minded, customer focused, and confident working across both strategy and delivery. You’ll know how to turn insights into action, bring people on the journey, and create products that deliver meaningful outcomes.

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in product management and/or product marketing
• Experience identifying new value streams and launching innovative products to market
• Strong exposure to go-to-market planning and execution
• The ability to influence stakeholders and clearly communicate the value of products and services
• Strong business acumen, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams
• Resilience, sound judgement, and a continuous improvement mindset
