As a Product Manager for Molecular Imaging, you will lead the strategic and tactical marketing efforts for advanced imaging modalities including SPECT/CT systems. This role is pivotal in driving product adoption, market share growth, and customer satisfaction across healthcare providers, imaging centers, and academic institutions. You will align clinical insights, market trends, and technological advancements to shape product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
You will operate with a high degree of autonomy within a structured commercial framework, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, clinical applications, and regulatory affairs to ensure successful product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
Market Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for PET/CT systems, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning based on clinical and economic value.
Customer Engagement: Partner with key opinion leaders (KOLs), radiologists, nuclear medicine physicians, and technologists to gather insights and validate product direction.
Product Lifecycle Management: Drive product roadmap planning, launch readiness, and post-launch performance tracking. Ensure alignment with clinical needs and regulatory requirements.
Competitive Intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape and identify differentiators to strengthen product value propositions.
Sales Enablement: Create compelling sales tools, training materials, and marketing collateral to support field teams in communicating product benefits effectively.
Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, clinical, and regulatory teams to translate market needs into product features and enhancements.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use market analytics, customer feedback, and usage data to inform strategic decisions and optimize commercial performance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in product management or marketing within the medical imaging or healthcare technology sector.
Strong understanding of molecular imaging technologies, clinical workflows, and healthcare purchasing dynamics.

Responsabilités Clés
Stratégie Marché & Exécution
Développer et mettre en œuvre les stratégies de mise sur le marché pour les systèmes PET/CT, incluant la segmentation, le ciblage et le positionnement fondés sur la valeur clinique et économique.
Engagement Client
Collaborer avec les leaders d’opinion (KOLs), les radiologues, les médecins en médecine nucléaire et les technologues pour recueillir des insights et valider l’orientation produit.
Gestion du Cycle de Vie Produit
Piloter la planification de la feuille de route produit, la préparation au lancement et le suivi des performances post-lancement.
Veiller à l’alignement avec les besoins cliniques et les exigences réglementaires.
Veille Concurrentielle
Surveiller le paysage concurrentiel et identifier les éléments différenciateurs pour renforcer la proposition de valeur des produits.
Support aux Ventes
Créer des outils de vente percutants, des supports de formation et du matériel marketing pour aider les équipes terrain à communiquer efficacement les bénéfices produits.
Leadership Transversal
Collaborer avec les équipes d’ingénierie, cliniques et réglementaires pour traduire les besoins du marché en fonctionnalités et améliorations produits.
Décisions Basées sur les Données
Utiliser les analyses de marché, les retours clients et les données d’utilisation pour orienter les décisions stratégiques et optimiser la performance commerciale.
Qualifications Requises
Diplôme universitaire en commerce, marketing, ingénierie biomédicale ou domaine connexe (un master est un atout).
Expérience confirmée en gestion de produit ou marketing dans le secteur de l’imagerie médicale ou des technologies de santé.
Solide compréhension des technologies d’imagerie moléculaire, des flux de travail cliniques et des dynamiques d’achat dans le secteur de la santé.
Compétences Souhaitées
Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation, avec la capacité d’interagir avec des publics cliniques et techniques.
Capacité démontrée à diriger des initiatives transversales et à gérer des projets complexes.
Esprit stratégique avec de fortes compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes.
