Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product features.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product direction and strategy.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for product improvement and innovation.
• Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product adoption.
• Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps and documentation for stakeholders.
• Define and track key metrics to measure product performance and success post-launch.
• Identify and evaluate new product opportunities through analysis and customer insights.
• Ensure cross-functional teams are aligned and informed about product objectives and timelines.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging industry trends and technologies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior product team members as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product development role.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management from concept to launch.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban is preferred.
