Product Innovation Manager - Research And Development

We are looking for a new qualified and experienced colleague to join the Product Research, Development, and Innovation team for Mattoni 1873 Group. You will build upon our successful portfolio of innovations in all countries we operate, including Czech market favorites like Mattoni, Esence, Magnesia, Birgo, Guarana, Theodora, Szentkiralyi, Knjaz Miloš, AquaViva and many others

What will you do with us❓

• Active involvement in all stages of the innovation process. R&D oriented and in line with the Groups priorities.
• Continuous research and study of new applications, ingredients or components (including tasting and overall evaluation of the product in different stage of development)
• Management of progress in line with Group timings and according to the Groups areas of interest and opportunities
• Support and connection within the R&D and Innovation Team in line with ongoing projects, Management in the preparation of products respecting the quality and deadlines of the Group
• Regular reports on the status and progress of projects, evaluation with direct reporting to the Management.
  
  

• Significant experience in the food industry, preferably in the beverage sector. Dairy sector is welcomed.
• Degree in food technology, chemistry, biotechnology, biology or agriculture are preferred.
• Competence, knowledge and experience in products, food ingredients and/or technology, specially oriented to R&D and Innovation.
• Experience managing complex projects both in the short and long term for the realization and implementation of new products.
• Team work skill, collaboration with internal and external stakeholder
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Quality, Project Management, Procurement, Regulatory) and external partners or institutes to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ability to think quickly and prioritize work. Skills and knowledge of digital environments and tools are essential (eg. AI tools in bev/food industry)
• Fluency in English and Czech or Slovak (spoken and written)
