We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Transaction Banking Product Implementation team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in banking

Preference will be given to Emirati applicants for this position

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

• To assist in the management of the cash and trade finance product implementation process, promote utilisation of e-channels and resolve customer issues to ensure successful product implementation, increased e-channel revenue and achievement of agreed customer service metrics
• Manage the product implementation process of won deals under Corporate and Investment Banking Group (CIBG) portfolios for cash management and trade finance to ensure implementation is conducted in line with agreed service standards
• Implement approved testing, assisting in customer acceptance testing and complete UAT sign off to ensure launched products function correctly and meet customer requirement
• Provide product and technical advice and guidance on new cash management activities to customers, relationship, product and sales managers in order to assist them in the effective utilisation of cash management products

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

• At least 6 years of experience within corporate Banking/Trade Finance/cash management with experience of corporate Banking operations, IT, systems and products
• Project management
• Prior experience in technology related solutions
