Product Executive

Job Description

• Conduct customer visits when assigned, and relay outcome of visit to SalesManager.
• Follow up with assigned customers to assist SalesManager in securing sales orders.
• Assist SalesManager in identifying customer needs and propose possible solutions.
• Assist SalesManager in evaluating and analyzing customer complaints.
• Provide input to SalesManager regarding forecast in order to assist where applicable.
• Identify any cross-selling opportunities within the assigned accounts and suggest to SalesManager.
• Collect payments to maintain receivables aging and DSO ratios within the approved credit limits.
• Assist SalesManager in converting assigned prospects to Marketing Qualified Prospects (MQPs), and later into customers.
• Collect feedback on competitor activities from the field, and relay to SalesManager to build and update competitor profile.
• Seek new ideas and remain updated on latest trends, technologies and processes within the field.
