We are looking for an experienced Product Designer (UI/UX) to create intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Figma, design systems, prototyping, and developer collaboration, with experience working in Agile environments. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into high-quality, accessible, and visually engaging product designs.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to understand product requirements, user journeys, and business objectives.
Design user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma and FigJam.
Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Build, maintain, and evolve reusable design systems, component libraries, and design tokens.
Ensure consistency across products by following established design standards and UI patterns.
Produce polished visual designs, including layouts, typography, color schemes, iconography, and interaction patterns.
Design accessible experiences aligned with WCAG standards and support both English and Arabic (RTL) interfaces.
Prepare developer-ready design specifications, prototypes, assets, and documentation for seamless implementation.
Collaborate closely with developers during implementation and conduct design QA to ensure design accuracy.
Design executive presentations, product decks, infographics, and visual assets in Microsoft PowerPoint and Figma.
Leverage AI-powered design tools (e.g., Claude, Claude Code) to enhance design workflows, rapid prototyping, and productivity.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital product design work.
Expert proficiency in Figma and FigJam for UI design, prototyping, and collaboration.
Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries.
Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices.
Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and multilingual/RTL design.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Experience with enterprise or productivity applications is preferred.
