Procurement Specialist

An established business in the interiors and property improvement sector is seeking an experienced procurement leader to manage supplier relationships, commercial negotiations and project quotations.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead procurement and estimating activities, securing competitive terms while ensuring accurate quotations, reliable deliveries and healthy project margins.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contractor and supplier selection, contracts and pricing agreements.
• Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms and lead times.
• Lead estimators in preparing accurate, commercially sound client quotations on time.
• Benchmark costs and use actual project expenditure to improve future estimates.
• Coordinate purchase orders, deliveries and payment terms with Accounting.
• Monitor contractor and supplier quality, reliability and performance.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining required standards.

Candidate Requirements

• At least eight years of experience in UAE fit-out or construction procurement.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
• An established network of contractors and suppliers.
• Experience overseeing estimating and quotation preparation.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing project requirements.
