Procurement Specialist

Job Description

As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in Network's procurement transformation journey. Based in our Al Barsha office, you will assist and manage end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring best practices are followed and the Group's procurement policy is adhered to. Your responsibilities will span multiple categories, supporting managers with sourcing initiatives and independently owning and delivering your own projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in and manage the end-to-end strategic and operational procurement activities for Network UAE and its subsidiaries.
• Ensure governance and adherence to the Group's procurement policy.
• Support the Procurement Manager and Category Managers on sourcing initiatives.
• Independently own and deliver projects from initiation to completion.
• Bring proven experience and expertise across the full sourcing lifecycle.
• Demonstrate strong category management capabilities.
• Deliver measurable savings and provide regular reports on procurement activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a procurement or sourcing role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable savings and successful project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using procurement software and MS Office suite.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
