About Our Client

Our client is a leading global player in the chemical and polymer sector, operating large‑scale manufacturing and commercial operations across multiple international markets.

Job Description

Lead sourcing activities across raw materials, services, spare parts, and other categories
Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business needs
Manage the full procurement cycle including RFQs, evaluations, negotiations, and PO issuance
Build and manage strong supplier relationships to improve service, cost and performance
Lead contract drafting, review, negotiation and lifecycle management
Drive cost optimization, spend analysis and risk mitigation initiatives across MEA

The Successful Applicant

Bachelors degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field
5 to 10 years of procurement experience with strong exposure to strategic sourcing
Experience in the chemical or polymer manufacturing industry
Experience managing both direct and indirect procurement categories
Strong negotiation, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven track record of cost savings, supplier management and ERP system usage
