Overview

This role leads on single, controlled sub‑consultant onboarding and compliance model and on defining managing procurement governance with clear decision rights. The role ensures sub‑consultant onboarding is consistent, audit‑ready, and centrally controlled, while also embedding governance, approval thresholds, and clear accountability across all procurement activities.

Your role

Lead Sub‑Consultant Onboarding & Compliance Model

  • Maintain a single, controlled onboarding and compliance model for all sub‑consultants.
  • Align onboarding requirements with relevant functions.
  • Implement end‑to‑end onboarding workflows and maintain audit‑ready documentation.
  • Ensure ongoing monitoring, compliance refresh cycles and risk mitigation activities.
  • Reduce duplicated effort by eliminating inconsistent project‑level checks.

Lead Procurement Governance

  • Monitor procurement decision rights, approval thresholds and RACI responsibilities.
  • Develop and maintain governance guardrails, policy rules and exceptions routes.
  • Embed governance across all sourcing activities, ensuring consistent application.
  • Develop and support delivering training and guidance to project and commercial teams on decision ownership.
  • Ensure standing audit readiness and reduce remediation through proactive governance.
  • Monitor governance adherence and escalate deviations with recommended actions.

About You

  • 5+ years experience in procurement, supplier management, compliance or governance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement controls, audit requirements and risk frameworks.
  • Experience developing or operating onboarding, due‑diligence, or compliance workflows.
  • Excellent understanding of approval frameworks, governance design and process controls.
  • Experience with ERP/SRM platforms and compliance management tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
