The Impact Youll Make

As our Procurement Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficient, cost‑effective, and timely procurement of materials and services that keep our production running smoothly. You will directly impact operational performance by securing high‑quality goods, optimizing supplier relationships, and maintaining accurate data in SAP.

Your work will help us achieve a more reliable, sustainable, and efficient supply chain and will support cross‑functional teams such as Production, Logistics, Finance, and Planning. The position will be based in Dubai, UAE.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and process purchase orders (POs) in SAP MM, ensuring accuracy, timely approvals, and on‑time material availability.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, strong service levels, and reliable delivery performance.
• Collaborate with Production Planning to understand material requirements, forecast needs, and prevent shortages or delays.
• Coordinate daily with Logistics and Warehousing teams to follow up deliveries, resolve shipment issues, and support efficient goods receipt processes.
• Monitor inventory levels, optimize stock accuracy, and contribute to improving SAP‑based material management workflows.
• Track procurement KPIs, analyze spend and supplier performance, and support cost‑saving initiatives and audit‑ready documentation.
  
  

What Were Looking For

• At least 1-2 years experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
• Bachelors degree in related field or engineering is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM and comfort working with procurement data.
• Solid negotiation, communication, and supplier‑relationship skills.
• Ability to collaborate across production, logistics, and finance teams.
• A proactive, analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving ability.
