Job Description
- Develop and implement a global procurement strategy aligned with organisational objectives across multiple offices.
- Establish and standardise procurement processes from the ground up, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Act as the central point of contact for senior leadership, driving a centralised procurement function and best practices.
- Manage and negotiate contracts to optimise costs and mitigate risks.
- Oversee key indirect spend categories, including professional services, recruitment, travel, IT, and related operational costs.
- Drive cost savings and supplier performance improvements through strategic sourcing, vendor management, and benchmarking.
Experience:
- 8-10 years in procurement, with proven ability to operate independently in a lean, fast-paced environment
- Strong expertise in procurement processes and contract management
- Exposure to multiple indirect spend categories (professional services, recruitment, travel, IT)
- Ability to conceptualise and implement procurement frameworks from scratch
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on "doer" approach with strategic thinking capability
- Agile, adaptable, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership
- Team player with a focus on efficiency and cost optimisation
