Procurement Executive

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

Milele is looking for a proactive and commercially driven Procurement Executive to support our growing operations and infrastructure requirements across the business.

This role is ideal for someone with strong procurement experience, excellent vendor management skills and the ability to coordinate fit-out, renovation and operational procurement projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, quotations, negotiations and purchase coordination
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
• Coordinate procurement for office fit-outs, renovation projects, and infrastructure requirements
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to support cost-effective procurement decisions
• Coordinate with Administration, Finance, Operations, and Facilities teams to ensure smooth execution of procurement activities
• Maintain procurement records, contracts, invoices, and compliance documentation
• Support budget tracking, reporting, and procurement cost optimization initiatives
• Conduct vendor follow-ups and ensure timely delivery and project execution
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• Certifications such as CIPS, CPP, or PMP will be an advantage
• 4 - 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles
• Exposure to fit-out, renovation, facility management or infrastructure-related procurement is highly preferred
• Strong negotiation, coordination and vendor management skills
• Good understanding of procurement processes, budgeting, and compliance controls
