Responsibilities

  • Assess supplier performance and foster long-term business relationships.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to understand material specifications and needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Ensure procurement activities adhere to industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify areas of improvement and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with finance to manage budgets and financial objectives.
  • Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation plans for potential issues.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging procurement innovations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
  • Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Thorough understanding of procurement and supply chain practices.
