Role Purpose

To validate and process transactions for internal business units, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify transactions in line with procedures and SLAs
  • Provide operational support to Branches and Business Units
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and CBUAE regulations
  • Manage account closures, cheque return cases, and archival coordination
  • Perform reconciliations (e.g., Takaful accounts) and initiate required submissions
  • Resolve day-to-day operational queries efficiently
  • Support UAT and operational improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Higher Secondary education
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Banking Operations
  • Knowledge of banking systems (CRM, Finacle, DocSafe, etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
