Process Lead

Job Description

• Ensure timely completion of projects while supporting business and functional teams with reporting and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyse data, identify inconsistencies, reconcile discrepancies, and devise solutions to errors.
• Understand ETL concepts and data flow, including extraction, transformation, and loading into reporting systems.
• Validate and reconcile data across systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity in data integration processes.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and special assignments as needed to support business.
• Prepare and analyse monthly balance sheet schedules. Proactively monitor and address pending items/issues, escalating concerns if necessary.
• Gather supporting documentation and maintain meticulous recordkeeping for the initiative’s projects performed.
• Conduct system testing and provide support as needed for the implementation of the New ERP system.
• Demonstrate a high degree of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential documents.
• Knowledge of project management tools for tracking deliverables and timelines.
  
  

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Technical Skills:
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Excel data modelling
• Basic knowledge of Oracle ERP products and EPM, ODI .
• Understanding of ETL concepts and data integration tools/techniques (added advantage).
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities, with effective written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
