Role Overview

We are seeking a talented PRO to join our vibrant team in Jumeirah Lakes Towers. As a vital part of our organization, you will operate in an ONSITE setting, ensuring seamless liaison between our company and various governmental entities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all government-related work, including visa processing, employee documentation, and labor card submissions.
• Coordinate renewals and cancellations of company licenses and commercial registrations.
• Ensure timely submission and follow-up of official documentation to the relevant governmental authorities.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all governmental transactions and company documents.
• Advise management and employees on compliance with governmental regulations and requirements.
  
  

• Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE with strong knowledge of local governmental and labor law procedures.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with online company and employee registration portals.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information discreetly.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  
  

• Prior experience with company setup within DMCC or freezones.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
• Experience supporting large cross-functional teams.
• Strong network within governmental bodies in Dubai.
