A private family in Dubai is looking for a UK & European-trained private physician for the familys confidential household appointment. The role calls for steady independent judgement and an unfailing sense of routine. When the family leaves Dubai for Europe, the private physician goes with them, which is how trust is kept over the years. The family appoints you in a direct agreement, with our role limited to a careful introduction. Requirements You hold a medical degree and current registration as a family medicine physician (GP) from a UK or European body. You bring 5 or more years of independent clinical practice. We confirm your UK or European training and registration before your private physician profile reaches the family; this is checked before any introduction. Fluent English and a signed confidentiality agreement are expected from day one. Quiet professionalism, calm authority and an unfailing sense of trust are asked of you. You must be able to travel internationally and hold a valid passport. Benefits Salary: £218,000 a year gross. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Free accommodation provided by the family. Medical insurance covered. Professional indemnity insurance is not included; the clinician arranges their own cover. You receive paid annual leave under a permanent contract with the family. The employment relationship is with the family in a direct agreement, and we remain available for questions about the process. Flights and travel are always paid for by the family.
