Private Equity Associate

The Role

A global private equity firm is seeking a Private Equity Associate to join its investment team in Dubai. This position offers the opportunity to deploy capital across multiple sectors within an active sovereign wealth fund platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute investment opportunities across a range of sectors
• Support the deployment of capital through rigorous financial analysis and due diligence
• Contribute to deal origination, structuring, and execution processes
• Prepare investment materials and recommendations for internal stakeholders
  
  

Skills & Experience

• 3 to 5 years of investment banking experience at a top 10 global investment bank based in the UK or Europe
• Background in a generalist M&A team strongly preferred
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
• Ability to assess investment opportunities across multiple industries
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
