Job Description

The Role

A real estate private equity firm is seeking a Private Equity Associate with a direct real estate investment background to join its team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Execute direct real estate investments across equity and credit strategies
Conduct investment analysis, underwriting, and due diligence on real estate opportunities
Support deal execution from origination through to close
Contribute to portfolio monitoring and asset management activities

Skills & Experience

4–7 years of experience in direct real estate investing
Exposure to both equity and credit strategies within real estate
Background at a tier 1 or tier 2 institution preferred
Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities
