Your Impact

As an AI Solutions Consultant (Presales), you will play a critical role in shaping how enterprises across the Middle East adopt and scale Artificial Intelligence. You will serve as the trusted AI advisor to customers, leading discovery conversations, designing meaningful AI use cases, and positioning OpenText’s AI portfolio as a strategic business enabler. You will work closely with sales teams, customers, and R&D to influence solutions, deals, and product direction across the region.

What You Need to Succeed

AI Expertise & Mindset

• Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, LLMs, data analytics, and model lifecycles
• Ability to clearly articulate AI value in business terms
• Awareness of AI market trends, competitive landscape, and innovation
• Prior experience with AI-driven platforms, products, or data-centric solutions
  
  

Consultative & Industry Background (one Of The Following)

• Presales / Solutions Consulting:
• Customer-facing technical or advisory roles
• Discovery, solution mapping, storytelling, and trusted-advisor engagement
• Industry Expertise:
• Telecommunications
• Financial Services (FSI)
• Government / Public Sector
• Experience using AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation in these sectors is a strong advantage
• Management Consulting:
• Experience with Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, BCG, or similar
• Background in AI strategy, digital transformation, data initiatives, or process optimization
  

Additional Technical Exposure (Advantageous)

• Data science workflows and analytics concepts
• Basic scripting (Python, JavaScript, Node.js)
• Cloud architectures, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations
• SQL, databases, and data warehousing
• Big Data ecosystems (Kafka, Spark)
• Exposure to OpenText AAI platforms
  
  

Education

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Development, Information Systems, AI, or Data Science preferred. Strong equivalent industry experience will also be considered
  
  

One Last Thing

This is a regional, business-critical role with up to 50% travel across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
