Principal Consultant (Arabic Speaker)

We are seeking an experienced Principal Solutions Architect/Consultant with a passion for data to help customers succeed through Informaticas Data Management solutions. In this role, you will leverage our Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) platform and On-Premise products to deliver impactful solutions focused on Data Governance, Data Integration, and Master Data Management. Join us to shape the future of data management.

As a Principal Consultant, you will deliver industry-leading data management consulting services to our global customers. You will collaborate with sales teams to support the services sales cycle, mentor fellow consultants, and ensure that Informatica products are deployed effectively for optimal customer success.

This position in based in Dubai / United Arab Emirates. Hybrid work schedule.

You will report to the Senior Director, Professional Services.

Your Role Responsibilities? Heres What Youll Do

• Deliver expert Informatica consulting both in short-term advisory engagements and longer-term projects, ensuring alignment with customer goals and best practices.
• Lead or contribute to technical teams, offering solutions and support to meet project deliverables and customer expectations.
• Promote best practices with a approach to ensure long-term adoption and success of Informatica products.
• Manage timelines, scope, and customer communication to deliver a superior customer experience and strengthen Informaticas brand reputation.
• Travel as needed to engage directly with customers and partners.

Role Essentials

• Strong track record driving technical discussions, presentations, and leading teams.
• Deep understanding of data governance, data integration, and master data management concepts and solutions.
• Experience with Informatica products and knowledge of related technologies such as PowerBI, AWS Glue, Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, AWS, and Azure.
• Proficient in SQL and database concepts, including medallion architecture, Cloud Data Lake/Warehouse architectures.
• Hands-on with Linux and Windows OS environments, including Shell scripting.
• Experience with relational databases like Oracle, DB2, and SQL Server.
• BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience
