Job Description

As a Presales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of our business by leveraging your superior knowledge of industry trends and client requirements to support the sales function. You will work closely with sales executives to analyze customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and drive potential deals to fruition. This role demands an exceptional communicator with the ability to translate complex technical information into compelling presentations and demonstrations. Your success will hinge on a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and address their needs effectively.
  • Design and conduct comprehensive product demonstrations tailored to client specifications.
  • Develop persuasive proposals and presentations that align with client demands and business objectives.
  • Lead technical workshops to offer insights into product functionalities and industry trends.
  • Assist in crafting strategic accounts by leveraging in-depth product knowledge and market understanding.
  • Work closely with research and development teams to provide feedback on customer needs and product improvements.
  • Participate in client meetings, offering technical insights and solutions to complex challenges.
  • Mentor and train junior members of the presales team to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic positioning.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of technical documentation and solution roadmaps.
  • Facilitate communication between sales, technical, and management teams to align objectives and strategies.
  • Identify potential new business opportunities during the presales engagement process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years experience in a presales or technical sales role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and delivering engaging sales presentations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales management software tools, such as Salesforce.
