Pre-sales Service Architect

Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Pre-sales Service Architect with comprehensive experience in pre-sales customer engagement and cloud security architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and architectural understanding of key services such as MDR, MTI, MEDR, SOAR, and advisory services. Technical proficiency on cloud platforms, particularly Azure, is preferred but experience with AWS or GCP will also be considered. A blend of implementation and pre-sales experience is essential for success in this role.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive pre-sales engagements and presentations to clients.
• Develop proposals and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Engage with customers to understand their security needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate service requirements.
• Articulate cloud security architecture and service portfolios to prospects.
• Provide insights into the latest technological advancements related to cloud security.
• Support the transition from pre-sales to implementation with technical guidance.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with relevant security certifications.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Mandatory pre-sales and customer engagement experience.
• Proficient in proposal development and POC management.
• Hands-on experience with cloud security architecture, especially on Azure.
• Strong understanding of cyber and information security challenges and strategies.
• Familiarity with managed security services positioning.
• Excellent consulting skills, combining technical and commercial insight.
• Pedagogical skills to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Pre-sales experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Certifications such as CISSP, Splunk, or Sentinel are a plus.
• Solid understanding of both technical and conceptual aspects of technology.
