Pre-Sales Engineer Network And Security

Join our team as a Pre-Sales Engineer and play a key role in designing enterprise-grade networking, wireless, security, and infrastructure solutions alongside our sales and engineering teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in Designing Enterprise and Data Center network architectures (HLD/LLD) and optimize wireless LAN coverage.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including accurate BOQs, based on network layouts and requirements.
• Review technical documentation and customer requirements to validate solutions and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to provide solution recommendations, clarifications, and cost optimizations.
• Support customer meetings, presentations, and RFP discussions with strong technical input.
• Translate ICT requirements into high-quality deliverables while maintaining proper documentation and version control.
• Support junior engineers in solution design and proposal preparation, ensuring best practices.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in pre-sales, network design, or ICT infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with HLD/LLD, wireless planning, and BOQ preparation.
• Strong knowledge of networking, wireless, security, and enterprise infrastructure (servers and storage).
• Ability to interpret network layouts and technical documentation accurately.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Relevant networking, wireless, or security certifications are a plus.
• UAE-based or willing to relocate immediately.
  
  

Value-added Skills

Understanding of firewalls, VPNs, and network security solutions; experience with enterprise data centers, campus networks, or large ICT projects; ability to optimize solutions for cost, performance, and scalability; and exposure to network troubleshooting and solution validation in pre-sales engagements.
