Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assess project scope, goals, and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Conduct site evaluations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
• Oversee cost estimation, bid preparation, and proposal submissions.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project accuracy.
• Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and drawings to plan construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, codes, and industry practices.
• Manage the procurement process for materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and adapt plans to mitigate delays or issues.
• Provide regular reports on project status, risks, and cost projections to stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Technical Skills - Project planning, estimation, budgeting, construction methodologies
