Job Description
- Manage relationships with top-tier media, journalists and editors to secure consistent, impactful coverage.
- Drive influencer and creator partnerships that build authentic advocacy and buzz around key launches.
- Create engaging press materials, storytelling angles and toolkits that bring brand campaigns to life.
- Deliver PR campaigns and experiential activations that maximize visibility across digital and traditional channels.
- Run proactive and reactive communications to safeguard brand reputation in a fast-paced market.
- Operate reporting frameworks to measure earned media performance, share of voice, and campaign ROI.
- 5-8 years of PR and communications experience within beauty, luxury or consumer brands
- Strong network of media and influencer contacts with proven campaign success
- Skilled in storytelling, digital engagement and crisis management
- Ability to integrate PR with broader brand marketing strategies
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring media performance and ROI
- Confident, collaborative and agile; thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Open to agency background managing beauty clients
