Summary: As a PR & Influencer Marketing Executive, you’ll support the Communications team across all PR and influencer marketing initiatives, helping to build, grow, and engage our influencer community. You’ll collaborate on campaign planning and execution, gaining hands-on experience and exposure within a fast-paced, dynamic, and creative team environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Relationship Building:

• Build strong personal relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders, particularly with influencers, press, and PR agencies, through a confident, social, and naturally extroverted approach that fosters genuine connection and collaboration.
• Be the social heartbeat of the PR team, engaging with our influencer community press in meaningful ways that go beyond emails and events. From taking influencers out for dinner and activities to attending industry mixers and building one-on-one relationships, create authentic connections that translate into genuine advocacy, storytelling, and long-term collaboration with Huda Beauty. Act as a brand ambassador, making our community feel welcomed, seen, and excited to engage. Use your natural energy and people skills to turn casual interactions into meaningful relationships that strengthen the brand’s community.

Administrative Tasks:

• Provide general administrative support to the Influencer/PR team, such as organizing & updating influencer-related data and files. Manage PR closet to ensure department has on-hand stock for last minute influencer and press requests.

Research and Identify Influencers:

• Assist in researching and identifying influencers who align with the brands values and target audience. Continually audit influencer community list.

Outreach and Engagement:

• Reach out to influencers and manage communication to establish partnerships. Coordinate and schedule collaborations, campaigns, and content.

Campaign Coordination:

• Support the planning and coordination of influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying target influencers through an analytical lens, managing outreach, and tracking campaign deliverables, timelines, and results.

Media Monitoring:

• Monitor content on various media and social media platforms and engage with influencer communities.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

• Build relationships across the Huda Beauty organization to support collaboration across all departments, particularly with the Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams.

Market Research:

• Help with research on industry trends and competitor influencer marketing efforts.

Event Support:

• Assist at all PR events and activations, including influencer events, press events, and press/influencer trips.

Requirements:

• 2 - 3 years of PR/ Influencer marketing experience in beauty (preferably in Dubai)
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing is preferable
• Fluent in English, Arabic a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Tribe Dynamics, Traackr, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiar with Influencer trends & the beauty space
• Ability to work in dynamic & fast-paced environments
• Exceptional relationship-builder, both internally and externally
• Self-starter with a strong ability to multitask various projects
• Excellent analytical skills & a high interest to learn about new analytics trends
• Resilience, creativity & high level of agility
• Excellent team player
