Portfolio Revenue Specialist – Arabic-speaker

We are looking for a talented, Arabic-speaking, Portfolio Revenue Specialist to join our Dubai Corporate Office and play a key role in driving commercial performance across a diverse portfolio of hotels in the region.

What you’ll do:

As a Portfolio Revenue Specialist, you will act as the remote revenue lead for a portfolio of hotels, supporting each property in maximizing revenue and enhancing market position. You’ll leverage data-driven insight to influence pricing, forecasting, and revenue strategies across all revenue streams. Your work will directly support our regional commercial goals and contribute to overall business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in IHG systems, tools, and revenue processes.
  • Collaborate closely with RSPD–Revenue Services and Senior PRMs to elevate performance and share best practices.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance tools, reporting, data, and business processes.
  • Deliver revenue performance outcomes aligned with Business Unit expectations (Room Revenue, ToRe, RevPAR, RGI).
  • Ensure smooth rollout and adoption of new systems, tools, and releases.
  • Stay informed on industry and market trends to identify opportunities and guide hotels in maximizing revenue.
  • Provide commercial insights to support budgeting, business reviews, and RFP cycles.
  • Conduct competitor and market analyses to build optimal pricing strategies by segment and revenue stream.
  • Drive system adoption, conduct health checks, and lead content/third party audits.
  • Prepare and present accurate forecasts in IHG’s internal systems.
  • Lead and participate in Revenue Meetings in line with the Revenue Management Cycle.
  • Engage in business review meetings with corporate teams and owners.
  • Analyze and report end-of-month results and dashboards to highlight performance, trends, and actions.

What you’ll bring:

  • University degree or diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Revenue Management, ideally covering multiple revenue streams.
  • Proficiency with Revenue Management Systems such as IDEAS, Duetto, EzRMS, Concerto, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders remotely.
  • Strong analytical abilities and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Arabic fluency is required.
