The Role Of The Pool & Beach Butler

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Pool & Beach Butler to join a new takeover project in the UAE: Al Zorah Beach Resorts in Ajman, UAE, as it embarks on an inspiring transformation journey. This evolution will culminate in the grand opening of Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah in late 2026.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

We are seeking a Pool and Beach Butler who offers thoughtful, seamless service marked by courtesy, professionalism, and genuine warmth. With a positive, uplifting attitude and a passion for food and beverage, this individual thrives in outdoor service settings and understands the art of anticipating guest needs. They possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, work well within a team, and approach every task with both creativity and efficiency. Able to multitask gracefully, they remain composed, open to new ideas, and consistently professional. With a sharp, analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail, they are self-motivated, well-organized, and driven to deliver exceptional results in every guest interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service while following the assigned standards operating procedures.
  • Ensure to possess a high standard of personal appearance and grooming at all times.
  • Collaborate well with other team members working at the pool and beach
  • Having excellent knowledge about the food and beverage menu on offer while developing a complete working knowledge of the menus and ingredients
  • Ensure to keep the area clean and well organized while monitoring and adhering to the standard checklists
  • Ensuring to keep the pool and beach towel counters well stocked, organized and clean at all times
  • Ensure to check the upkeep of all the loungers, cabanas, tables and chairs at the pool and beach areas
  • Maintain the service bar area to be clean, well stocked with sufficient water and beverages.
  • To establish a rapport with guests, providing guest recognition and good customer relationships.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1-2 years’ previous experience as a server in a luxury resort/ hotel/ upscale restaurant or similar hospitality environment
  • College education or equivalent experience.
  • Previous employment experience in a similar position will be advantageous
  • Requires the ability to operate restaurant operating systems (Micros)
  • Requires to be able to read, write and speak in English fluently
  • Ability to adapt and be a team player
