Job Title: Policy Analyst/Policy Researcher
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: 12 months & extendable contract
Required Skills & Competencies:
* A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Law is required.
* Relevant professional experience in public policy, economics, legal or regulatory research, finance, or governance, with a strong preference for exposure gained within government entities, regulatory authorities, international organizations, law firms, or consulting environments.
* Proven experience in managing and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders across sectors.
* Demonstrated hands-on experience in public policy formulation, including legal analysis and comparative benchmarking of domestic and international regulatory frameworks to assess regulatory competitiveness and deliver practical, evidence-based policy recommendations.
* Strong knowledge of UAE Federal and Emirate-level legal systems, or comparable experience working with other leading international jurisdictions.
* Ability to provide high-quality advisory support to both internal and external stakeholders, enabling informed, evidence-based decision-making.
