Position Summary

The MRO Biller is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and finalizing customer invoices related to aircraft maintenance, modification, and refurbishment projects. The role ensures that all billable work performed under customer work orders, task cards, and vendor invoices is captured accurately and aligned with contractual terms and Jet Aviation’s internal controls. The position acts as a liaison between production, planning, procurement, and finance to ensure timely and error-free billing that supports accurate revenue recognition and customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Accounting, or Finance
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in billing, finance, or cost control within a large organization.
• Graduate with native English communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or data reporting tools.

• knowledge of aircraft maintenance processes, work order systems, and cost structure.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRO software such as AMOS, Quantum, Corridor, or TRAX.
• Working knowledge of FAA, EASA, and GCAA CAR-145 standards
  
  

Work Environment

This position operates within the MRO facility at Dubai International Airport (DXB), in close coordination with Production, Planning, Supply chain and Finance departments. Occasional interaction with customers, auditors, and regulatory representatives may be required.
