We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of plumbers, ensuring work is completed efficiently and up to industry standards.

Job Responsibility

• Coordinate and schedule plumbing projects, ensuring timelines are met.
• Inspect work sites and provide guidance to plumbers on best practices and safety procedures.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Manage inventory and equipment, ensuring all necessary tools and materials are available.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Train, mentor, and supervise a team of plumbers to maximize productivity and quality of work.
  
  

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Supervisor or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
