About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Play Attendant to join Kids Club in Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. 

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: 

• Create an engaging and educational environment at the Kids Club where creativity is essential to ensure children enjoy fun and meaningful experiences.
• Lead age-appropriate recreational and educational activities—such as arts and crafts, science projects, and group games—that inspire imagination and learning.
• Ensure children’s safety, comfort, and enjoyment by supervising activities, resolving conflicts, and providing personalized childcare when needed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and equipment care while efficiently managing cash, inventory, and daily operations.
• Communicate effectively with parents, handle first aid or incidents responsibly, and use guest feedback to continuously enhance service and creativity.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Has 1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally in hospitality, with childcare or sports background preferred.
• Can operate POS systems and ideally trained in First Aid, CPR, and pediatric care.
• Communicates well with children and understands their emotions.
• Handles difficult behaviour calmly with a positive attitude.
• Reliable, flexible, energetic, and detail-oriented team player.
