Job Description

Lead Oracle Fusion implementation and migration from Oracle EBS
Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for Oracle platform evolution
Collaborate with IT and business teams to shape enhancements and new features
Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective release management
Drive agile practices and continuous improvement across platform operations

The Successful Applicant

Bachelors degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field
8-10+ years experience managing Oracle platforms
Strong knowledge of Oracle architecture and best practices
Proven ability to manage external partners and internal stakeholders
Excellent communication and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
