We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Plastic Surgeon to join our dynamic medical team. As a Plastic Surgeon, you will be responsible for performing a variety of surgical procedures to enhance and reconstruct the physical appearance of patients. You will work with individuals seeking cosmetic procedures, as well as those needing reconstructive surgeries due to injury, disease, or congenital defects. Responsibilities

  • Perform cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries to enhance patient's appearance and function.
  • Consult with patients to understand their goals and develop surgical plans.
  • Evaluate patients’ medical histories to ensure suitability for surgical procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advances in plastic and reconstructive surgery techniques.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with all medical protocols and safety standards in surgeries.
  • Provide postoperative care instructions and ongoing evaluations to patients.
  • Document surgical procedures and outcomes in detailed medical records.
  • Conduct, publish, and present plastic surgery research to advance the field.
  • Maintain a sterile and safe surgical environment during all procedures.
  • Advise patients on risks and realistic outcomes of plastic surgery procedures.
  • Participate in professional development activities to increase expertise and skills.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree and valid state medical license required.
  • Successful completion of residency in plastic surgery from an accredited program.
  • Board certification in plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
  • Minimum of five years of experience practicing as a plastic surgeon.
  • Exceptional manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for surgical procedures.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards in patient care and confidentiality.
