Job Description

INTECH Process Automation is seeking an experienced Planning Officer to join O&M Team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and technical support to the Planning Engineer in organizing, tracking, and coordinating preventive maintenance campaigns and call-off corrective maintenance activities. This includes facilitating documentation, resource coordination, and communication across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and updating maintenance schedules, campaign plans, and call-off logs.
  • Maintain accurate records of mobilization, site readiness, and work order status.
  • Track availability and deployment of personnel.
  • Liaise with site teams, contractors, and support functions to gather inputs for planning documents.
  • Update and maintain planning data in ERP systems (e.g., SAP PM).
  • Prepare summary reports and dashboards for internal reviews and management updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years in technical administration or planning support roles within Oil & Gas / Industrial environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SAP, and Fieldglass.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with maintenance workflows and documentation standards.
