The Planning Manager - Pre Construction plays a pivotal role in the initial stages of construction projects, ensuring that all elements are meticulously organized and aligned with strategic objectives. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in construction planning and project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, including MS Project or Primavera.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset in planning processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaborative environments.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred but not essential.
