Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Planning Engineer to join our team and support end-to-end planning activities across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. The ideal candidate will ensure robust program management, risk visibility, and timely reporting to support informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated master programs and project schedules
• Align design deliverables, procurement lead times, and construction sequencing
• Review, validate, and challenge contractor baseline programs and updates
• Monitor progress, update schedules, and identify deviations and potential delays
• Support time-impact analysis (TIA), delay assessments, and EOT evaluations
• Integrate risk mitigation actions into project programs
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress dashboards and reporting summaries
• Ensure compliance with PM-CoE standards, contractual requirements, and governance frameworks
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure program alignment

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Primavera P6 training/certification preferred
• Knowledge of Power BI or digital reporting tools is an added advantage
• 3–15 years of planning experience in construction or engineering projects
• Experience coordinating with designers, contractors, and project teams
• Exposure to delay analysis, TIA, and progress monitoring is an advantage
