Job Summary

We are looking for a Planning Engineer to strengthen project scheduling, forecasting, and execution control across projects. The role involves developing detailed project schedules, tracking progress, managing risks, and supporting timely and cost-effective project delivery, primarily within the water treatment and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules (Level 1–4) using Primavera P6

• Prepare baseline schedules aligned with scope, BOQ, resources, and milestones

• Track progress, critical paths, productivity, and schedule risks

• Prepare S-curves, dashboards, EVA, and progress reports

• Support resource planning, delay analysis, EOTs, and recovery planning

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, site teams, and subcontractors

• Ensure planning documentation, reporting discipline, and ERP integration

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project planning (minimum 2 years in water industry)

• BE in Mechanical or Civil Engineering

• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, Excel, and ERP systems

• Experience in water treatment, construction, or O&G projects

• Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills

Language: English (mandatory)

Salary Range: AED 6,000 – 7,000
