Planning Engineer - MEP

BK Gulf LLC is looking to recruit experienced Planning Engineer - MEP to support our MEP & Data Center projects across UAE.

Job Responsibility

• Develop detailed project plans and schedules for MEP projects, identifying key milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines and goals.
• Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress, identify risks, and recommend solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports, including project schedules, resource allocations, and progress reports.
  
  

• UAE/MOFA attested Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in MEP projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  
  

• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Experience with project management software and tools
• Ability to create detailed project schedules and monitor progress
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
• Problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges during project execution
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate project performance and make recommendations for improvements.
