Planner Group Managed Services

We are looking for a Planner responsible for the optimal allocation of technical resources according to mission requirements. The role focuses on maximizing customer satisfaction, optimizing costs, and ensuring SLA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Resource Management:

Allocate technical resources based on expertise, duration, and intervention requirements

Prepare and manage schedules for technical teams

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and operating standards

Monitor resource allocation (internal, subcontractors, temporary staff)

Maintain accurate data entry in planning systems

Monitor mission workload and contribute to contract P&L compliance

Client Satisfaction

Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external applicants

Handle complaints and escalate when necessary

Coordinate with relevant internal departments

Prioritize tasks according to contractual service guarantees

Schedule appointments via phone and email

Confirm planning with technicians, requesters, and end customers

Logistics Coordination

Analyze shipping requirements (delivery, courier, standard shipping)

Manage equipment removal through management tools

QHSE Compliance

Follow Quality, Safety, Environment, and Sustainable Development procedures

Report QHSE issues to management

Suggest process improvements

Required Skills

Strong planning and organizational skills

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

Adaptability to changing priorities

Proficiency in planning tools and systems

Good level of French (mandatory)

English preferred
