Pipeline- Education Executive

Are you passionate about luxury beauty, developing people, and driving retail performance?

We are looking for an energetic and inspiring Education Executive to join our Education team, supporting our Luxe skincare brands. In this role, you will empower Beauty Advisors and Counter Managers through engaging classroom training, virtual learning and hands-on in-store coaching to elevate sales, service and the client experience.

What You Will Do

• Deliver inspiring classroom, virtual and in-store training programs.
• Coach Beauty Advisors and Counter Managers to improve sales performance and KPIs.
• Bring new product launches and brand initiatives to life through impactful education.
• Analyse performance data to identify development opportunities and create targeted coaching plans.
• Partner closely with Retail, Sales and Brand teams to drive business results.
• Support special PR / brand events, launches and retail activations across the region.
  
  

Qualifications

What we are looking for

• 2–3 years' experience in adult education, training or coaching within beauty, luxury retail or a related service industry.
• Passion for developing others and creating engaging learning experiences.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to interpret sales and KPI data.
• Excellent presentation, coaching and communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)- mandatory.
• Travel and weekend work is expected.
